got started on 2.0

Implemented the tag command: "tag name value"
or: "tag name". One command does it all--like name.

I am now listing tag name=value in a fourth column at the top of the page (under the help line).

And the t/c/d/f/etc. commands are now listing tags rather than headers.

A good start.
