starting in on wiki text

Well, I've completed the logic to analyze and reorganize the information held in the citation structures for wiki text. Next step then is to start the logic to update the wiki text.

Now it turns out, rows also update the citation structures. So I also need to update row content, in addition to the wiki text.

Lots of work left, mm?
