loop check, ? notation

A bit off this morning. My head still hurts from yesterday, the way it does when you've been studying too hard for too long. My mind has been wandering about, picking at odd things.

LoopCheck

When we create an include CSec, we check for loops that would give rise to unpredictable results (or an infinite loop, depending on how it is coded). So I've been wondering if the new refactoring code needs to do a loop check. Can we create a loop with a move or rename or what not? Likely not.

? notation

I can't see how refactoring can handle ? notation as it exists now. But if we allow only a relation (DU) name instead of a pathname, then it is possible. So it might be worth downgrading ? notation.
