a step in the right direction

Well, it was a bit of work, and I found some bugs and made some improvements in the process, but there is a new command, uses, which should be a helpful addition to the Agile feature.

Uses lists all the various uses of a given rolon.

I have now deployed it all onto agilewiki.org. Tomorrow then I need to update the documentation before doing the release.

And then I want to think about having rename and move update all the uses. Now that should be fun!
