relations and inferencing

At this point I want to split the Semantics feature into Relations and Inferencing, as relations are simple and very useful, while inferencing is a tad complex and not so generally useful. I'm also interested in seeing where the rest of the user guide will take me, as it covers a key area that I have not given much thought to lately, i.e. applications.
