CSecs have been reworked

CSecs now use pathnames rather than RolonIds, which will be helpful when Cabinets become mobile. I've also rebuilt all the CSecs at agilewiki.org.

The next project will likely be to complete the integration of inferencing. But I'll probably work the user guide a bit more first.

In any case, you can expect to see a release soon.
