Is it time for refactoring? Real Agility???

I'm thinking that all the TKS-level properties used in the implementation of AgileWiki are somewhat stable, especially with the completion of inferencing. So perhaps it is time to raise the IQ of the rename and move commands, and have them update references as needed.

This would add considerably to the overall agility. As it stands, things are pretty fragile. This would also be a big step in moving from beta to production.
