2-time application JSecs

A 2-time application jsec (AJS) would have an effective date CEnt used for selecting and ordering. Default value would be the time of entry. Really just that simple.

As for a double-entry accounting application, its AJSs would have Debit and Credit relations to the various accounts.

Running balances for each account display gets tricky, expecially when you consider the effect of the snap/restore utilities. Remember that this is a 2-time item, so viewing past values of the current balance will not work! The simplest way is probably to have each account track its current balance, and then calculate the running balances by processing the AJSs in reverse effective date order.

Now consider if a bank used such a system, and entered the date when each check was written. Gosh, how much easier it would be to reconcile your checkbook!
