happy with tags, unhappy with LEnts

I LIKE tags the way they are now--there is a potential there for speeding up queries and other processing. I've decided that its the implimentation of LEnts that I don't like.

LEnts should not be Topics. Rather, the text content of a LSec should be a csv file with a header identifying it as such. We then eliminate the chlec command and just use ch. And it will be faster than chlec ever was.
