journal, release, citations

Well, I've finally finished the Journal, and very happy with the result.

The web command, jnl, now lists only user-level commands. It also allows you to navigate to either when the command started (but before any changes were made) or to when the command completed. This is ever so much nicer than only being able to navigate to when an internal operation completed--now the state is consistent across files.

I expect that I'll be doing a release tomorrow. Still a little cleanup and testing to do.

Next on the list will be citation processing. Then I've got to enhance the command set so you can move pages between data sets and create new data sets. Ledgers (secondary user objects) are on hold.
