Off to a slow start

Fixed the cc command. (I had left out the breaks.)

Some minor refactoring. Created functions hrow, hfont and href for generating various html constructs.

In the past, I've had event streams that could be transformed into different forms of output. That's really a great way to go. I'd like to add that capability to CompStrm when I start attaching display logic to various types of objects. Otherwise it all gets hard coded as html. ;-(

On the other hand, the tki stuff uses a very limited event stream for selections. I need to include selections in any event stream composition so we might eventually be able to enter tki commands from the web interface.
