Progress on CommandId, but...

I've now updated TKI to initialize and use a CommandID to identify all transactions resulting from the same user command.

New TKI variable, too: commandId.

Updated the documentation, and in the process found a few glitches in the tutorials relating to the root data set, Data. Started working on that when I found a bug in the cdds command. ;-(

Oh well. Tomorrow's another day.
