compstrm1, sub-topics

I've changed the top-level directory to compstrm1. The idea is to allow for maintenance releases of this first-generation wiki and start development of the second generation. Hmm. That's still a ways off, methinks.

SubTopics are now, by default, listed in chronological order. If you want to sort them, use the sort command. (Then the subtopics for that page are sorted when it is displayed.) If you want to turn sorting off, use unsort.

The next step then is to allow the user to arrange subtopics. Perhaps tomorrow?
