Cleaning up and reorganizing

Well, I've rearranged the web pages in release 0514e. Didn't do any writing, but even so it should be a lot easier for a newbie now to install CompStrm--less intimidating anyway.

Changed the web package to be the wiki package. Purged ds.py, moving what little code that is still used into webi.py.

Three things are left:

1. better documentation for the wiki,
2. ordered/arranged sub-pages and
3. fix load.
