command cleanup, ordered sub-topics?

Today's release, 0514c, cleaned up the rm, chnm and de commands. Can I now say that the CompStrm Wiki is user friendly? (Well, perhaps just a little more than it was before.)

I'm also thinking of making subordinate pages a list rather than a set. (The DataSetItem property then becomes the index to a file list property.) Then the list of sub-topics displayed on a page could be arranged by the user(s).

Maintaining an ordered list of topics can always be done on the wiki page itself. But with a heirarchical structure, it doesn't seem right to have to maintain both the structure and the list on the page.

At least by having a list instead of a set, the list will always be accurate. (New sub-topics can always be added to the end.)
