Some progress on lists of sub-topics

DataSets now have a list of WellKnowns, rather than a set.

Everything seems to be working, though I found some unrelated problems in the phonebook example. (Still to be fixed.)

So far, the change to a list is transparent to the Wiki. Next thing is to turn sub-topic sorting on and off on a per-page basis. And then add some arrangement commands.
