typed wiki, the next generation

I'm thinking that there is only so far I can go with the current wiki without introducing different types of pages. That seems to be a natural break between generations.

I can still do ordering/arranging of subpages, and even introduce a simple include mechanism (Applicative Context) to suppliment the structural context. I might even spend time on page formatting. ;-/

There is just a whole lot more that can be done once page types are introduced. So it seems logical to stabalize this wiki, implementing everything that does not depend on type.
