COODBMS release 0.17.2

release 0.17.2:

• New home command navigates to the user's account.
• The rbacklinks command now lists the links in a nice order.
• New rlinks and linkCSecs commands work like rbacklinks and backlinkCSecs.
• Browse now uses main.cowdb's trunk as the default branch. The section Completing the Instalation of COODBMS has been updated as well.
• JSecs are no longer added to the user account when the user runs a transaction, nor is there now a JSECS link to the user account. Rather, there is only a single USER link in the transaction Rolon. This significantly reduces the size of the user's JUnit.

Note that the next release will not be backward compatible.
