User documentation now available on-line

With the release of alpha27, user documentation is now available on-line at
http://agilewiki.org/AwServlet/userdoc/index.html

And with the basic wiki capabilities now in place, my attention is then focused on the the rebuild facility. Once that is done, it will be time to work on some initial content and the overall reliability of the database.
