revised help facility in release alpha21

Well, I didn't get to everything in that todo list I made for this weekend, but I did include a few extras, like making help more accessible and making the commands listed by help "clickable" as a convenient way to execute commands.

There's now a handful of folk who've joined the discussion list and expressed interest in working on AgileWiki. But its a long way, especially on a project like this, from an expression of interest to active participation. But I'll do what I can to help.
