2.1.1 nears completion

The mvhereCmd has been released. Finally, the basic browse capability has some utility.

I've also delayed posthereCmd and postthisCmd to 2.1.2, so all that remains of 2.1.1 is mvthisCmd and hereCmd. :-) And, of course, some updates to AwDocs.

Once 2.1.1 is complete, I'll install it at AgileWiki.org. Then finally I can finally claim that the AgileWiki content is easy to reorganize--even without having to be a power user.
