recursive nesting

Many commands involve more than one location, mv and post being good examples. With the basic interface converted to frames, we can now do recursive nesting rather easily, just by putting the whole web page in the content frame. With this we will be able to browse while still keeping our original place... Its a start, anyway. But after that doing a mv or post (or include or name) is easy. Of course, we'll want the command list on the nested web page to be different from the outer page's command list. :-)
