tenatively beta, names forshadow classifiers

With the Wiki moderately stable and the new data migration proceedures released, we are now tenatively beta. And I'm starting to work on magic names.

If this were CompStrm-3, I would create a type of classifier for naming things. But as it is, I'm just using a dictionary of name/uuid pairs. So it looks like the naming code will need to be redone later. When it is implemented as a full-blown classifier, we will be able to attach additional attributes, like if the name is usable from other contexts.

Names then are a forshadowing of things to come in CompStrm-3, implemented as a special form.
