progress in porting to Unix

Found a few bugs while porting. Now I just need to track down all the \'s in the wiki code. Shouldn't take too long.

I'm porting to Solaris 10 with bsddb 4.3, twisted 1.3 and Python 2.4. I've gotten as far as the welcome page. Which means that the database initialization has completed. Things are looking good.

The tki client will pose an additional porting complication, but I'm not worrying about that right now.
