citations, includes and excludes

The cit command lists all pages where the current page (or the name given as an argument) are referenced. A very handy command when renaming or moving a page.

The cit command now also lists pages which explicitly include or exclude the current page.

In the process of updating the cit command, I found/fixed a minor bug. ;-)

At this point, all the easy code for includes and excludes is done. Next step is to update the visibility and referencing logic--the fun stuff!
