master interface roughed out

Well, I'm close to releasing 2.1.3--master interface. Its working, but the list of commands goes on for three pages. That's just too much scrolling! And I'm all tired out.

Tomorrow I'll go with a 3-column display, like I did with the basic interface. 'Cept this one is generated on the fly. :-)
