basic progress

I'm getting close to a release on the new basic interface (and a rewritten guest interface). All that remains to be done at this point of the original intention is the implementation of forms for crd, crf, crp, crls and crr.

However, I've also extended the intention for 2.1.1. In subsequent releases I now expect to provide selection forms for promote and demote, and browsing for move and post.

The idea here is that using only the basic interface, you will be able to create, change, destroy and reorganize content. The subsequent advanced interface then will add namespace management.
