junking the guest interface

The new basic interface looks a lot nicer than the guest interface. It has a column on the left side for login/logout, general links and commands. So I've junked the current guest template and I'm replacing it with a simplified version of the basic template.

One advantage of this is that there is much less of a transition when you log in. Eventually I plan to build the advanced interface template in the same pattern, leaving only the power interface in the old layout.
