Well, setup magic has just become crc magic. The crc command no longer creates duplicate cabinets, but refreshes it. Which is to say it adds the standard DescriptorUnits if they are missing or out-of-date. (This is a lot like the way gencal works when rerun for the same year.)

So we don't need a setup utility--just recreate your existing cabinets in place. (No data should be lost.)

Meanwhile, I've been having fun refactoring code, moving code from gencal to role and simplifying webi.
