no more mkdu

With the release of 2.0.13.0, you will rarely need to use the mkdu command.

In the DescriptorUnits drawer, you just create a topic with a name ending in "DescritorUnit", and "Prest-O Change-O", it is recognized as a DescriptorUnit and the DescriptorUnit tag has been assigned.

OK, so its not a lot of flash considering all the plumbing. (Need more flash powder, next time.) But remember that most of that plumbing is pretty generic.
