Remarks

DataSets now have two uses: Pages and Remarks.

New terms:

• One page can be under another, as a sub-topic;
• A remark can be on a page or on another remark.

The topics command does not normally list remarks, except when the current context is a remark.

The command set for pages and remarks differ, somewhat.

Rolonicly, a Remark would be a non-performing journal entry.
