Thoughts about citations

I had been thinking that the current structure for references would be inadequate for citation processing when names are qualified by dataset. I'm now thinking that the current structure will be more than reasonable. It is simply a matter of searching for references with every name by which a page can be referenced--that will typically be a rather short list.
