resumed work on web (finally!), class

This morning I reviewed the web interpreter (webi.py), did a little refactoring and some testing. I don't think it will take too long to bring it up to the same level as the wiki code. After that, it needs to support dataset navigation.

Meanwhile, I'm starting class again--only two days this time. The class is in project management. (Sounds like fun!) So CompStrm is again put on the backburner, if only for half a week. Well, at least it was a productive weekend--so I've got no real complaints.
