Phonebook1 working, English classes

Finally got Phonebook1 working. Next step is to review all tutorials and update any references to obsolete code.

On a personal note, my wife Rupali begins English classes today. Three months, 6 days a week, 2 hours a day for RS.1800 (about US$43).
