Finally finished the time tutorial update. Had to add some dataset navigation in the process.

Things have been going slow. Problems with my neck, mostly. Working on a laptop aggrivates it.

Hopefully the rest of the tutorials will go more quickly--I'm looking forward to working on the wiki again.
