Calendar and Journal

Priyanka has been working on the weekly calendaring system for each cabinet. I'm happy to report that it is now working, though currently we are only creating days as we use them. (A sparse calendar?)

Journal sections are now also attached to the current day of the cabinet. So you can go the a day, do a jnl command and view all the activity for that calendar for that day.
