mobile interface?

Norm has been raving about his new phone that he browses the net with now. So this is a good opportunity to try creating a mobile interface, why not!

The mobile interface will be based on the power interface, but have a stripped down top part and no tags displayed. Also, apparently a button is needed for the command-line.
