Its been a while, but I've managed another intestinal infection. Feeling better, but not fully recovered. And its something green. (I'll spare you the remaining details.)

I've been up and about, but Sun gets first cut of my time. But I'm back again working on CompStrm now.
PyTables looks great. The catch here is that CompStrm is not an initial implementation for a lot of the things I'm doing, and I've figured out how to get what I want out of BSDDB. In fact, the TKS layer has been pretty stable, and that's my interface over BSDDB.
