COODBMS cleans up nicely

After that last run, I ran purge history. Here's the result:

Branch Index Count = 123
Well Known Table Count = 4
Links Table Count = 38
Backlinks Table Count = 38
Transaction Index Count = 22

Available blocks = 40.
Blocks in use=556.
Internal nodes=20.

So it cleans up very nicely.
