COODBMS release 0.16.3
o Cyclic check was broken, allowing a rolon to adopt a parent--fixed.
o Logging is now done using java.util.logging. Client-side utilities are provided to set the logging level for capturing tracebacks.
o With the 3.4.1 release of CowDb, the move commands are now working.
